- Lunch Break & Gaming: A well-deserved lunch break where kids can relax and bond over some gaming sessions on our classic arcade machines.
- Unity and Visual Studio Orientation: An introduction to Unity and Visual Studio, essential tools for game development, ensuring students are comfortable and ready to create.
- Integrating Art and Audio: Students learn how to incorporate visuals and sound into their games, bringing their creations to life.
- Programming Your Game: This session focuses on coding and implementing game mechanics, turning designs into playable experiences.
- Testing and Deployment: Students test their games for bugs and prepare them for deployment, learning the importance of quality assurance.

As a homeschool mom, I understand the importance of providing a well-rounded, engaging education that goes beyond traditional subjects. That's why I founded Mandy's Code Monkeys in Burnet, TX, a homeschool co-op dedicated to teaching kids the full cycle of game development. My mission is to equip young minds with the technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities that are essential in today's digital world.
I believe that learning should be fun and interactive. My program covers everything from initial concept and design to coding, testing, and final deployment. By guiding students through each step of the game development process, I aim to inspire a new generation of developers who are ready to take on the challenges of the tech industry.
